1. How will I know my order is confirmed?

2. Do I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes. A digital receipt is automatically sent to your registered email right after the payment is successful. This receipt serves as proof of purchase. Please check your Inbox and Spam/Promotions folder if you don’t see it.

3. I didn’t receive any email. What should I do?

• Double-check the email you used at checkout.

• Check your Spam/Promotions folder.

• If still missing, contact us via the Contact Us page or WhatsApp, and share your order number or phone number. We’ll resend your receipt.

4. Can I request a printed receipt?
Currently, we provide digital receipts only. However, you can easily download or print the email confirmation for your records.
